LEARNING BY PLAYING IS SIGNIFICANT

In our childhood we learned so much in a limited number of years. Once learning was given a serious look, it slowed down the learning process for many of us.

OUR BUSINESS GAMES MAKE PEOPLE LOOK DIFFERENTLY AT THEMSELVES AND THEIR ENVIRONMENT

When we play, we think quickly and see clearly. We forget about resistance and obstacles. Our brains get into a high performance statue. We get innovative ideas.

Through business games we let employees discover for themselves how great their added value is and can be. They start to approach their job differntly, with more enthusiasm and more self-steering.

We developped games  on the following topics:

• communication (verbal and non-verbal),
• leadership and team management,
• coping with change,
• dealing with crisis,
• dealing with one’s own emotions and those of others,
• dealing with stress and working efficiently.

A BUSINESS GAME IS CREATED IN A VIRTUAL WORLD THAT IS NOT THREATENING, THUS  RESISTANCE DOES NOT GET A CHANCE

We ensure that everything is very similar to what colleagues come across every day. In feedback moments we link the learnings to work and relationships. What is this about? What theory is behind it? What else can you do?

We strengthen talents and we accept shortcomings. We share our knowledge, the participants  share theirs.

Often afterwards colleagues want to repeat the game among themselves, to immediately test their insight. The resistance  to role plays is overcome rather easily in a business game.
